Hello Aaron,
Great article. Sadly i found it just now. You’ve pointed out the most important things for me. Organization and hard work. If you are hard working, well organized person who can learn from others’ mistakes you are on the best way to be successful. “Only those who refuse to give up and are willing to make the necessary sacrifices will succeed.” That’s the mindset of a successful person! Keep up the good work!
This is some really good information about consulting. It is good to know that you should think about where you can cut expenses. That might be smart to get someone who can help you with that.
I couldn’t agree more!! The kind of employees that you hire goes a long way in determining your business success or failure. Consistency is also very key in business.
Thank you for sharing these awesome tips!!
“Cut Expenses Whenever Possible”
This is so true, I have worked with so many businesses who aren’t profitable and on examining their cost centres, you see equipment that has cost 50% of operating income for that period. When starting out, and always in business, turnover is vanity, profit is sanity.
Great post.
Collaboration, if approached with discussion and mutual interests, can be a magical thing for all involved. With more hands comes more progress … usually. 🙂
I totally agree when you said that the employees must be educated regarding the nature of the job to succeed. I can just imagine businesses needing software experts to help make their services better regarding customer experience. For example, having an app for food delivery or online shopping especially these days that we can’t go out that much. So companies that handle software services must ensure to provide the best people for the job.
