Do you need an affordable employee time tracking software solution?

We provide a customizable time tracking solution, included in EffortlessHR Plus & Ultimate. Our powerful reporting system allows you to export all time entries to any spreadsheet program, such as Excel. We are happy to work with your payroll software as well to create a compatible file for import.

Features of our online employee time tracking include the following:

  • Job Codes - Employees may enter Job Codes assigned to each time entry. These can be used for billing, projects, or for contract work.
  • One-Click Time Punch - Employees can clock in or clock out with a simple click of the mouse.
  • Hours worked - Employees can view how many hours they have worked this week, and also look back at previous hours.
  • Manual Entry - If you allow, an individual employee can manually add an entry. This can be used if your employee works offsite or on a project.
  • Detailed Reports - We provide detailed reports, viewable online and exportable to Excel or your Payroll provider. We are happy to work with your payroll system to create an import of our report.
