We cant control every element or threat in this world but good HR policy and support with regard to domestic violence is the one area where we can significantly reduce exposure and protect many. This is a problem that we as a society can no longer afford to sweep under the mat. Domestic violence spilling over into the workplace is not always something that "will happen to someone else" It can happen anywhere. Risk mitigation is a must.
