About EffortlessHR™

EffortlessHR™ is the brainchild of Lola Kakes, President and CEO of Professional Administrative Services Inc. As an HR Generalist, HR Consultant and lifelong advocate for small business, Lola takes great pride in helping small businesses navigate the challenges of human resources. She is active with SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management), ASBA (Arizona Small Business Association) and NAWBO (National Association of Women Business Owners), where she is the President of the Tucson Chapter, the National Southwest Regional Coordinator and was recently appointed to the Tucson Small Business Commission.

In 2005 Lola began planning and enlisting the necessary help to build what would eventually become EffortlessHR™. Knowing the Internet was the logical choice to ensure access to as many companies as possible, a team of developers and HR professionals was assembled to begin work on EffortlessHR™ in the fall of 2006. In early 2008, EffortlessHR™ went into beta testing, giving a limited number of users the opportunity to try the program. EffortlessHR™ officially launched and was made available to the general public on April 7th, 2008.
