Pay Schedules


Employees should be paid at least twice a month or every 15 days. There is no provision regulating requiring the use of direct deposits for employees. For employees who are fired, wages are due at the time of termination. There are no requirements under Missouri law that address when wages are due when an employee quits a job. If wages are not paid by the next regular pay period, then the wages would have to be collected by legal action.
